Refund Policy

eSpeedz sells digital eSIM products that are delivered instantly by email. Because of the nature of digital goods, our refund policy reflects the point at which delivery has occurred.
No Refunds After Activation
Once your eSIM QR code has been scanned and the eSIM profile has been installed on your device, the product has been delivered and consumed. We are unable to issue refunds at that point, regardless of remaining data balance or unused days.
When You Are Eligible for a Refund
You may request a full refund in the following situations:
- Your QR code was never delivered to your email within 30 minutes of payment
- Your eSIM failed to activate due to a technical error on our end, and we were unable to resolve it
- You were charged but no order was created (payment error resulting in a duplicate or orphaned charge)
- You contacted us before scanning or installing the QR code and the plan has not been activated
What We Cannot Refund
- Plans where the QR code has been scanned or the eSIM profile installed, regardless of data usage
- Plans where connectivity issues are caused by your device, carrier lock, or incompatible hardware
- Plans purchased for the wrong destination — please verify your plan covers your region before purchasing
- Requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase date
Device Compatibility
It is your responsibility to verify that your device supports eSIM before purchasing. Most phones released after 2020 are compatible, including iPhone XR and later, Samsung Galaxy S20 and later, and Google Pixel 3 and later. Carrier-locked devices may not support third-party eSIMs. We recommend checking your device settings before completing your purchase.
How to Request a Refund

- Your order email address
- The plan you purchased
- A brief description of the issue
We aim to respond within 1 business day. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
