Refund Policy

eSpeedz sells digital eSIM products that are delivered instantly by email. Because of the nature of digital goods, our refund policy reflects the point at which delivery has occurred.

No Refunds After Activation

Once your eSIM QR code has been scanned and the eSIM profile has been installed on your device, the product has been delivered and consumed. We are unable to issue refunds at that point, regardless of remaining data balance or unused days.

When You Are Eligible for a Refund

You may request a full refund in the following situations:

If you have not scanned your QR code and no longer need the plan, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will process a full refund.

What We Cannot Refund

Device Compatibility

It is your responsibility to verify that your device supports eSIM before purchasing. Most phones released after 2020 are compatible, including iPhone XR and later, Samsung Galaxy S20 and later, and Google Pixel 3 and later. Carrier-locked devices may not support third-party eSIMs. We recommend checking your device settings before completing your purchase.
